In my first year at Agnes Scott College, I studied abroad in Iceland and China, choosing my International Relations major and Asian Studies theme, while taking courses in Economics, Political Science, German, Spanish and History. I also joined clubs and organizations, playing as a Division III Varsity soccer athlete.
As a second year, I worked as a Resident Assistant, Environmental Resident, a Research Fellow, and began working as an Operations Coordinator in a start-up. On campus I held leadership positions in two organizations, Latinas Unidas and Unite for Reproductive Equity.
In my third year, which I’ve decided to be my senior year, I am a lead researcher studying capitalization in supervisor-employee interactions. I am expanding my language capabilities through Mandarin Chinese and my first programming language, Python.
When I graduate in 2021, I hope to work somewhere dynamic and innovative, with a strong organizational culture encouraging teamwork. I would love to learn in a consulting firm about organizational change management and business development, but I’m open to anything!
